You will need to reach the Garden of Deep Purple and Imbibe Nectar from St. Trina to learn all her dialogues and repeat them to Thiollier. Finally, you will have to summon Thiollier against Followers of Miquella and Promised Consort of Radahn to finish his questline.

The Blackgaol Knight is an optional Elden Ring boss you'll find inside the Western Nameless Mausoleum in Elden Ring. He deals physical damage to the players, becoming an absolute menace if you can't keep a check on him. Fortunately, physical damage works wonders on him.

You must Imbibe Nectar when interacting with St. Trina if you want to progress his and Thioller's quest. Imbibing the Nectar will make you fall into deep sleep, which will kill your character. But, you will respawn as normally happens after a death in Elden Ring. You can leave without Imbibing the Nectar and return to progress the quest anytime, except after burning the Sealing Tree.

You can lower the water level in the Shadow Keep District Church to unlock the path to the option boss Scadutree Avatar. To lower the Water Level, make your over the rooftops to the water lever and use it.
