I begin my list of the best vampire games for PC with a personal favorite. Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is an RPG where you play in a modern world with vampires living among the humans. You play as a custom-created character belonging to one of the various vampire clans and get embroiled in a conspiracy that might shake the core of Los Angeles.
Incredibly well-written and satisfying to play, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines will quench your thirst for blood as you become the most vital member of the Camarilla and rule over them all. Besides the fact that you might need a mod or two for it, it’s still one of the best Vampire Games for PC.
2. V-Rising
Release Date: May 8, 2024
An online action RPG with an open-world map, V Rising is all about being the strongest vampire they can ever be. You play as a dormant vampire, terrorizing a town and its residents.
Kill bosses, gain power, build majestic vampire castles, and fight other vampire players; V Rising is all about enjoying the experience and living the power trip of being a strong nocturnal warrior. Combine that with some high-octane action and you have one of the best vampire games on PC.
3. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2

Another soulslike game, Code Vein, is an action RPG where you play as a player-created character who happens to be a vampire. Explore a dangerous world where monsters and powerful enemies roam, and team up with fellow friends in co-op or an AI to defeat them.
While I will agree that the combat might not be for everyone it is a good vampire game worth sinking some hours into.
7. A Vampyre Story

A Vampyre Story is an old point-and-click adventure game that follows Mona De Lafitte, a young opera singer turned vampire. It has a charming art style and humorous writing, and players embark on a puzzle-filled journey full of quirky characters and engaging storytelling in a beautifully gothic and whimsical world.
While one of the best vampire games for PC for us, it’s not for everyone with its more lighthearted nature.
8. Bloodrayne: Terminal Cut

So, if you don’t want to make a custom character, you can pick Astarion as your playable character. Astarion comes with standard vampire things, like biting opponents, sneaking, etc. Overall, the inclusion completely makes sense, and he’s just a fun individual in-game.
