You play as a custom-created character belonging to one of the various vampire clans and get embroiled in a conspiracy that might shake the core of Los Angeles.
Incredibly well-written and satisfying to play, Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines will quench your thirst for blood as you become the most vital member of the Camarilla and rule over them all. Besides the fact that you might need a mod or two, it’s still one of the best Vampire Games for PC.
2. V-Rising

I know we’ve already featured Bloodlines reasonably early into the list. However, if we are talking about Bloodlines, we must discuss one of the older games that started it all. Redemption follows the player character, a member of the crusade who forcibly becomes a vampire.

The game follows a lock-in Souls-like combat, where you dodge and fight your opponent by any means possible. It might not be everyone’s alley, but Vampyr gets the aesthetic to the point, making it one of the best PC vampire games.

7. A Vampyre Story

While A Vampyre Story is one of the best vampire games for PC for us, it’s not for everyone with its more lighthearted nature.

So, if you don’t want to make a custom character, you can pick Astarion as your playable character. Astarion comes with standard vampire things, like biting opponents, sneaking, etc. Overall, the inclusion completely makes sense, and he’s just a fun individual in-game. While some of you might not agree, this makes it one of the best vampire games for PC for me.
