Beast of Reincarnation will release in Summer 2026. We currently don’t have a specific release date, but expect the game to release around mid-year. It will become available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Beast of Reincarnation will be an Xbox Game Pass game on day one.

Beast of Reincarnation is an incredibly unique game. It is a single-player open-world RPG, but you are not alone in your journey. Your trusted companion, Koo the dog, will be alongside you at every step of gameplay. Koo won’t just be there for morale support, but is an integral part of the game’s exploration, combat, and storytelling. Interested to learn more about the game? Person-dog Action RPG

The game has two protagonists, Emma and Koo. Emma is the female lead who has the power of blight in her ponytail. She can use that power to trigger powerful plant-based skills, while also being able to cure the Blight in the overworld. Emma can also absorb the essences of the Blighted enemies, which unlocks new powers for her.

Koo is also connected to the Blight in some way, with his tail acting as the connection. It can also use skills and take down enemies with his powers.

A Post-apocalyptic World Placed in Nature

The story of the Beast of Reincarnation is set in 4026 AD in a post-apocalyptic world where an infection named “Blight” has brought humanity to near extinction. The Blight has caused the nature of this world to run rampant and consume everything around it. The game features tree-like monsters, many of whom have merged with animals to create horrifying beings straight out of any nightmare.

Golems and Malefacts — Two Distinct Enemy Types

Emma and Koo will find themselves fighting against two unique types of enemies. One of them is Malefacts, creatures created out of the Blight. These are plant-based monsters, which are sometimes blended with animal bodies.

The other type of creatures revealed are Golems, which are mechanical robots that have absorbed the spirit of humans to come to life. Both types of enemies offer largely different challenges.

A Huge Variety of Skills and Playstyles

Beast of Reincarnation will feature a huge variety of skills to choose from for both Emma and Koo. Each of these skills has multiple purposes, being useful in both combat and overworld exploration. For example, one skill allows Emma to create a long plant bridge, which is good for finding hidden locations or getting a footing in difficult fights. Alongside normal sword combat, the game also features ranged and stealth combat, which allows versatility in playstyles.
