All the Wild Zones have a certain number of spawns and guaranteed Alpha Pokemon. Guaranteed Alphas mean that these Pokemon will be an Alpha Spawn every time you encounter them. However, there is a chance for the regular Spawns to be an Alpha Spawn as well. Make sure that you keep your team healthy by visiting the Pokemon Centre before entering each Wild Zone, and stock up on Poke Balls.

Note: There is a 1 in 4096 chance to encounter a shiny Pokemon. You can also encounter a shiny variant of the Alpha Pokemon with the same shiny rate.

You can redeem the Mystery Gift codes to get your hands on some free Poke Balls. That being said, here is a list of all the Wild Zone Pokemon and Alpha Spawn in Legends ZA.
