Well, witnessing his strange behavior, we must say that thank god William doesn’t go to meet him alone. If the character intrigues you, be with us as we delve deeper to discover who Ralph Bohner is and does he exists in Marvel comics.
Who Is Ralph Bohner in MCU?
Ralph Bohner (Evan Peters) was a civilian of Westview whom Agatha Harkness took hostage. The witch used her dark magic on him to take him as a husband. However, Ralph Bohner was never her husband but only a puppet whom she made do things as she wished. Agatha hijacked his life, his house, and everything he owned. The cunning witch also used Ralph and made him act as Wanda’s deceased twin brother, Pietro, so that she could get insights into the Hex created by Wanda. She also gave Ralph the gift of superhuman speed by handing him a mystical neckpiece.
As Agatha curiously wanted information about the Hex, she cleverly used Ralph and helped him enter Wanda Maximoff’s house. After entering Wanda and Vision’s lives, Ralph got closer to their children, Billy and Tommy. He used to spend a lot of time with the family, playing with the kids and spending quality time with them.
Later, Ralph also became a significant part of the FBI’s Witness Protection Program and received an ankle monitor that helped the authorities track him wherever he went. When the Westview gets freed by Wanda’s anomaly, Ralph finally gets rid of the ankle monitor.
Evan Peters portrayed the character in WandaVision, and Agatha All Along also sees him in the brief yet exciting cameo.
Does Ralph Bohner Exist in the Marvel Comics?
No, Ralph Bohner doesn’t exist in the Marvel Comics. Instead, the creators conceived the character, especially for Disney Plus’ WandaVision, to add weight to the storyline. Well, this is not the first time the MCU has invented a character; in fact, we have met a plethora of intriguing MCU characters who don’t belong to the comic world.
