Following the concluding scene of the fifth episode, the sixth one, titled Familiar By Thy Side, helps us know about Teens. After following his family rituals, Teen and his family go to a party, where he meets Lilia Calderu. She is a palm reader, and William requests her to read his palm and tell him what his life has in store for him. However, he clarifies that he doesn’t want too much detail on his future life. Lilia starts reading his palm and says the boy has a long journey ahead.

The light starts flickering as the palm reader says that William’s lifeline is divided into two. Lilia also says, ‘the towers reversed.’ Seeing the boy getting worried, she tries to convince him by saying that this usually happens when someone’s life is about to change significantly. The boy forgets to take his blazer while leaving the tent. Lilia draws something on a piece of wood, puts it in one of Billy’s coat pockets, and asks the woman outside the tent to give it to the kid. She intentionally doesn’t reveal which kid she is talking about.

While heading back home, William and his parents meet with an accident, and the boy dies instantly. However, he soon returns to his conscious state and screams Tommy’s name. After getting treated at the hospital, he starts behaving awkwardly, even around his parents. Well, that’s because William Kaplan was dead already, and the boy who was taken to the hospital was Billy Maximoff in William’s body.

Three years pass, and Billy tries to learn about Hex, Wanda, Agatha, and everything that is related to him. While researching, he comes across a man named Ralph Bohner on Reddit, and after meeting him, Billy learns what Agatha did to him. He also learns about Wanda’s death and Vision’s terrible fate. Then, we see how Billy plans things to reach Agatha and uses her for his own reasons. The episode also reveals that Billy wants to walk down the Witches’ Road to find his twin brother, Tommy.
