Birthday Cakes are a common-tier consumable item that has been re-added to the Fortnite loot pool and can be found in OG mode. They appear as a slice of cake with candles on it, placed on a plate. Birthday Cakes appear as floor loot, but only in fixed locations on the island.
They are generally found around giant birthday cakes that are located on the Fortnite OG map. This makes it easier to find them in every match, as their spawn locations are permanent, usually in and around POIs.
