Where to Find Captain Rowan in The Forge

Use the portal tool to teleport to the Forgotten Kingdom. Now, if you’re arriving here for the first time, a small tutorial will pop up indicating towards Sensei Moro.
Interacting with him will bring out a sparkle of light that takes you to Captain Rowan on top of the hill. Alternatively, you can ignore all these steps of climbing the hill every time and instead visit the cannon beside the spawn point and press the ‘E‘ key. This cannon shoots you straight to the hilltop, which is a nice shortcut that saves time.
