Sailor Piece Spec Passive Guide

The spec passive mechanic in Sailor Piece can grant buffs to your swords and fighting styles. This is a late-game mechanic that can give superpowers to your build when you’re feeling stuck while battling the high-level bosses. All Sailor Piece Spec Passives

As of now, there are 25 spec passives in Sailor Piece, where each offers a unique stat boost. For instance, one can grant you a boosted critical chance, damage, luck, and so on. That being said, here are all the spec passives available in the game:

Mythical Rarity

There is just a 0.2% chance for you to get a mythical passive on your Sailor Piece swords or fighting styles, which is as follows:

• Fortune Chosen: 17.5-30% for +1 Drop, 5-10% Luck, 5-12.5% Damage
• Executioner: 30-45% Damage to NPC below 50% HP, 2-4% Crit Chance, 7.5-15% Crit Damage

Legendary

These are the best picks if you can’t get to the Mythical rarity. There’s just a 1% chance to drop for your weapon.

• Damage V: 25-35% Damage
• Crit Chance V: 2.5-5% Crit Chance
• Crit Damage V: 8-18% Crit Damage
• Luck V: 7.5-15% Luck
• Berserker: 20-30% Damage, 5-15% Crit Damage
• Eclipse: 2-3.5% Crit Chance, 10-20% Damage, 5-10% Luck

Epic

The Epic passives have a 5% chance to drop for your weapon.

• Damage IV: 17.5-25% Damage
• Crit Chance IV: 1.5-2.5% Crit Chance
• Crit Damage IV: 6-12% Crit Damage
• Luck IV: 5-10% Luck

Rare

Right after you unlock the spec passive mechanic, you can go for the following passives. These have a 15% chance to drop for your weapon.

• Damage III: 15-20% Damage
• Crit Chance III: 0.75-1.5% Crit Chance
• Crit Damage III: 4-8% Crit Damage
• Luck III: 3-7% Luck

Uncommon

The Uncommon passives have a 28.75% chance to appear while rerolling.

• Damage II: 10-15% Damage
• Crit Chance II: 0.5-1% Crit Chance
• Crit Damage II: 2-5% Crit Damage
• Luck II: 2-5% Luck

Common

Finally, the Common passives have a massive 50.05% chance of appearing when rerolling.

• Damage I: 5-10% Damage
• Crit Chance I: 0.25-0.5% Crit Chance
• Crit Damage I: 1-3% Crit Damage
• Luck I: 1-2.5% Luck

How to Unlock Spec Passive in Sailor Piece

Before you can reroll the above passives and gain all the boosts, you must unlock this mechanic first. The two requirements to unlock spec passive in Sailor Piece are to reach level 10,000 or above and have 5000 gems. Once you have met both requirements, follow the steps below to unlock spec passive in Sailor Piece:

• Use the portal near you to reach Judgement Island on the Sailor Piece map.
• Head straight from the portal, and to your right, you will find a samurai NPC with 6 eyes.
• Interact with him and click on the Yes button at the top to unlock the spec passives. Your 5000 gems will be submitted, and the mechanic will unlock for you.
• Now, you can access the spec passive window and reroll for better buffs.

How to Get and Use Passive Shards in Sailor Piece

The primary currency to reroll spec passives in Sailor Piece is the passive shards. These are the legendary items in Sailor Piece, and you can get them by defeating any enemy in the game. However, the drop rate for this shard is extremely low, and the best way to collect is auto-attacking and AFK farming the higher-level enemies. Consider using the best Sailor Piece devil fruits, swords, or fighting styles with good AoE abilities to deal with them quickly.

Once you have a bunch of them, head to Judgement Island and interact with the same samurai NPC. The spec passive window will pop up, displaying all your swords and fighting styles on the left-hand side. Select any one of them on whom you wish to place the boosts. Then click on the Reroll button.

This will grant a random passive that you can view on the right. You can see that I got the Luck IV, an epic rarity passive, in just five tries. This mechanic has a pity system that grants you a guaranteed mythical passive once every 500 tries.

So, if you have that many passive shards, consider selecting the auto-re-roll checkbox. As soon as the pity system is about to reach 500, you can turn auto-re-roll off and manually perform it to get the guaranteed mythical passive.

Apart from these, you can also choose to skip the epic and legendary passives, just to have better chances at receiving the mythical ones.
