How to Unlock Artifacts in Sailor Piece
To unlock Artifacts in Sailor Piece, you must go to Snow Island and interact with the Artifacts NPC after reaching level 2500, 500k money, and 500 gems. You can easily get money and gems through Sailor Piece codes, in case you are short on some.

How to Get Dust in Sailor Piece
The dust to upgrade is only available through deleting Artifacts in Sailor Piece. To do so, select the Artifacts you want to remove, click the trash button beside the equip/unequip button. Then confirm the removal of the item.
