The Poco F1 has consistently been one of the best smartphones to buy in its price range, and now the smartphone has received yet another temporary price cut bringing it down to Rs. 17,999 for the base 6GB/64GB variant.
The Rs. 2,000 price cut is a part of the Poco Days Sale that kicked off June 5, and will be going on till June 9, so if you’ve been holding out on buying a new smartphone, this might be the perfect time to get your hands on the Poco F1.
The Poco F1 is a true budget flagship, and even though it has last year’s flagship processor, it still holds up in terms of performance and value for money. The phone comes with a 6.18-inch FullHD+ display with a notch. There’s a Snapdragon 845 processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage on board. For photography, the Poco F1 comes with a 12MP f/1.9 + 5MP f/2.0 dual rear camera, and a 20MP front camera housed inside the notch. Powering all of this up, is a big 4,000 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 — all of which makes the Poco F1 a pretty sweet option to buy, especially at it’s new Rs. 17,999 price point. That said, Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its new Redmi K20 and K20 Pro in India soon, and the company has dubbed the K20 Pro to be the Flagship Killer 2.0 in all of its teaser campaigns across social media, so if you can, I’d suggest waiting to see what the K20 Pro brings to the table. The phones have already been launched in China, and if those specs carry over to India as well, the Redmi K20 Pro will be coming with a flagship Snapdragon 855, up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage for a starting price of 2,499 yuan (~Rs. 25,000).
