NYT Strands Hints, Spangram, and Answers for June 2, 2024

I honestly think I’ve gotten used to Strands so much that barely any round poses a serious challenge. Crank it up, NYT editors! Anyway, I surprisingly nailed today’s Strands, for it was not something I could relate to in any way. Spangram Hint for Today’s Strands

Every Strands game has that one Spangram that you need to decipher and today’s was no exception. The hint for today’s Spangram is – “Cosmetic treatment for your nails”.

Theme Words Hints for Today’s Strands

If you have figured out the Spangram from the above hint, figuring out the theme words will be easy. However, I don’t want to ruin it for you. Instead, here are three theme word hints that may help you:

  • Hint #1: Red, black, blue, white, etc, are____
  • Hint #2: Enhances nail paints

Spangram Answer for NYT Strands on June 2

The Spangram for today’s NYT Strands puzzle is MANICURE, and it runs from left to right in the letters grid.

Anyway, with that being said, let’s go to the next section. However, proceed only if you are ready to check out the theme words.

List of Theme Words for NYT Strands on June 2

If you have scrolled this far, you are probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s theme words in Strands:

  • COLOR
  • CLEANSE
  • MOISTURIZE
  • BUFF
  • BASE
  • TOPPER
  • FILE

The theme was a pretty good in itself, but I didn’t know where to start. Luckily enough, I found COLOR at the bottom left. Right beside it, there was CLEANSE. Some minute looking gave me MOISTURIZE at the top. Running diagonal to it was MANICURE, the Spangram for today’s Strands.

At the leftmost grids, I found BASE and TOPPER. The top left section was home to FILE and BUFF. That concluded my game for the day, and surprisingly without having to use any hints.
