Connections Answer for December 28
Are you still stuck with the puzzle? In that case, the answers to today’s Connections are:

- MOVE QUICKLY – Bolt, Dart, Dash, Zip
- BIRDS – Cardinal, Jay, Lark, Swift
- JAZZ LEGENDS – Hancock, Holiday, Monk, Parker
Solving today’s NYT Connections puzzle was an exact 50/50 experience. I say that because the puzzle was equally divided into easy and difficult sections. I began the easy way by bolting through the Green category first.
While I am not an autohead, I know my basic way around cars. As such, I quickly grouped all the parts together and got the Yellow category next. I then spent an atrocious amount of time with the Blue category as I kept thinking Cardinal was a priest, and Lark was John Lark from Mission Impossible. However, further Googling erased my delusions, and I got it.
I’m thankful the Purple category was left for last yet again, as I never would have gotten it. I don’t know the first thing about Jazz. In any case, I got the words together and, with it, the NYT Connections puzzle for December 28.
