You can start the quest by interacting with the Shadow Monarch Mastery NPC, found in the same spot as the Jinwoo Trainer NPC on Sailor Island. After completing it, you can unlock the F move for Shadow Monarch, alongside a 30% damage buff.
The questline requires you to complete three different quests, and here’s a list of them:
- Dungeon Master: Clear 10 Double Dungeons on Hard or Extreme difficulty.
- Monarch’s Blood: Own the Monarch Clan.
- Shadow Army: Defeat 25 Shadow Soldiers in the dungeon.
Before you start farming Double Dungeons, equip a Sailor Piece Devil Fruit and any of the Sailor Piece Haki to boost your damage, and save up on time. Shadow Soldiers spawn inside the Double Dungeon at a very low rate, but you’ll still meet the requirements as you try to finish the quest.
