  • Complete the second quest for the Mysterious Songtress at the underground music venue in Crystal Cove to get the Pinion's Aria Rod.
  • This rod has a restriction enchantment that can be removed by completing all the quests of the Mysterious Songtress NPC.
  • After removing the restriction, players can enchant this rod and use its passive to catch Harmonized mutated fishes.

The Pinion’s Aria Rod is one of the most unique quest rods in Fisch that you can get in the latest update. The quest to get this rod includes sky exploration, musical mechanics, and high-tier fishing challenges. Moreover, this rod comes with a small disadvantage that can only be removed by completing an additional challenge. In this guide, learn how to get the Pinion’s Aria Rod in Fisch and what its stats are in the game.

How to Obtain Pinion’s Aria Rod in Fisch

Getting the Pinion’s Aria Rod requires you to complete three main stages involving the musical questline, reaching the sky island, and catching a harmonic dove in Fisch. So, here’s how you can do it:

Start the Quest at the Music Venue

Head to the underground music venue in Fisch and speak to the Mysterious Songtress NPC, standing in front of the drums. She will ask you to bring back any fish with musical ability.

So, you can either catch the Treble Bass at Moosewood or the DJ Spinopus at the Crystal Cove area to complete this task. But, once you catch either of the fish, hold it near the Songtress, speak with her, and left-click on the fish a few times to get the reward for completing the first task.

Reach the Cloud Island

Completing the first task for the Mysterious Songtress gets you a Hang Glider as a reward. Next, the NPC will ask you to bring her a heavenly harmonic dove from the area above the clouds.

Now, in order to reach the area Above the Clouds, you must head to the Castaway Cliffs and get to the top of the highest mountain peak there. Once you reach these coordinates: 620, 327, -2055 using a Fisch GPS, you will notice a chain of rings floating in the air.

Jump off the cliff and, using that Hang Glider, follow the rings to reach the new island called Above the Clouds. Note that passing through every ring is important, as they boost your speed and allow you to reach the final island.

Catch the Heavenly Harmonic Dove

Having found the cloud island, you can fish here to get a harmonic dove in Fisch. Since you require the heavenly mutation of the harmonic dove, you must use the Heavenly rod. Moreover, the heavenly rod doesn’t have enough reel length to catch fish from such a height. So, make sure you have applied the Long enchantment to that rod.

Harmonic Dove Fisch Preferences

The harmonic dove has a 1/16 chance of dropping, and you can further boost the chance of catching this one by having the following conditions enabled:

  • Bait: Worm
  • Weather: Clear
  • Time: Day
  • Season: Summer

Having caught the heavenly harmonic dove, you can return to the Crystal Cove and interact with the Songtress to submit it. She will reward you with the Pinion’s Aria Rod that has the Restriction enchantment.

How to Remove Restriction from Pinion’s Aria Rod

Receiving the Pinion’s Aria Rod as a reward comes with the Restriction enchantment first. And it prevents you from further enchanting it or modifying its stats. So, here is how you can remove the restriction from the Pinion’s Aria Rod:

  • Complete the third Mysterious Songtress quest of catching all 42 fish at the Crystal Cove bestiary without missing any musical notes.
  • Once completed, speak to Mysterious Songtress again, and complete her 4th quest. It requires you to catch any of the following fishes: Megalodon, Scylla, Leviathan, or the Colossal Dragon using the Pinion’s Aria Rod without missing any musical notes.

Pinion’s Aria Rod Stats in Fisch

The Pinion’s Aria rod in Fisch has great luck and speed, howver compromises with the control and the resilience that doesn’t allow you to catch stronger fish first when it has the restriction enchantment. Here are all the stats of the Pinion’s Aria Rod:

  • Lure Speed: 142%
  • Luck: 242%
  • Control: 0
  • Resilience: 4.2%
  • Max Kg: infkg

Alongside, it has a cool passive, as when the reeling minigame is active, musical notes fall from above. If the notes hit your bar, the progress speed boosts by +5%, and if it misses a note, it decreases by -10%. This also affects the size of the bar (or control) in a similar way when you hit or miss the musical note. Moreover, once the restriction is removed from the rod, you can catch fish with the Harmonized mutation, increasing the sale value of fish by 4.2x.

Best Enchants for Fisch Pinion’s Aria Rod

Once you have removed the Restriction, you can apply any enchantment to the Pinion’s Aria Rod. Since it lacks heavily in the control and resilience stats, I would recommend boosting them up to catch the stronger and boss fish in the game. So, consider the following best enchantments in Fisch for your Pinion’s Aria Rod:

  • Mystical: +25% Luck, +45% Resilience, +15% Lure Speed, +10% Progress Speed
  • Herculean: +25,000 Max Kg, +0.2 Control, and +10% Progress Speed
  • Controlled: +0.15 Control
  • Resilient: +35% Resilience and +10% Size Boost

That completes the guide to unlock the Pinion’s Aria Rod in Fisch, along with how to remove its Restriction as well. So, have you completed the whole questline for the Mysterious Songtress NPC at the musical venue? Tell us in the comments below.
