How to Find Tormentor in Fisch and Start Its Questline
Before you can start obtaining the Oppressor Rod in Fisch, you will need to find the Tormentor NPC. He is located in a hidden auditorium, which you can access through the Underground Music Venue. Follow these steps to find him:
- Enter the Underground Music Venue in Fisch.
- Look for a Duskwire rod sitting to the left of the Ken Carson NPC.
- Click on it to teleport to the secret auditorium.
- Equip the ‘Dusk’ title and interact with the Tormentor NPC to start the quest.
Make sure to pop a Tropical Squall Totem and equip your Duskwire rod before clicking on the Duskwire near the Ken Carson NPC, or it won’t teleport you to the hidden area.
The Dusk title can be unlocked once you complete the Duskwire rod’s mastery quest, which requires 200 perfect catches.
How to Obtain Oppressor Rod in Fisch

- For Squalled String, use the Abaias Spite Rod with a Garbage Bait in Desolate Deep location in Fisch.

How to Unrestrict the Oppressor Rod in Fisch
