How to Find Fisch Tormentor NPC Location
The Tormentor NPC is located in a hidden auditorium of the underground music venue in Fisch. Once you are in the venue, look for the Ken Carson NPC on the stage. On your left, you will see a black guitar – Duskwire Rod. Click the Duskwire Rod, and it will teleport you to the auditorium.
However, you can’t click on the guitar all the time; it is only usable during the Tropical Squall weather event in Fisch. Purchase a Tropical Squall Totem for 800,000 C$ from Elder Kaido / Elder Kao’s weekly rotating shop on Skycrest in the Fisch map. Then spawn the Tropical Squall event by using the totem from your inventory.
How to Start Oppressor Rod Quest Fisch
Once inside the blue auditorium, interact with the Tormentor NPC to start the Oppressor Rod quest in Fisch. You must equip the Dusk title to be able to talk to the NPC and start the quest. For the Dusk title, you must do the following mastery quest for the Duskwire in Fisch: Perfect Catch 200 fish with the Duskwire.
