To awaken the Quake Fruit, you must access the Raid system in Blox Fruits first. This is the common area to awaken and upgrade most of the fruits in Blox Fruits. This raid chamber is located at the Hot and Cold Island on the Second Sea, or the Castle on the Sea for the Third Sea.
Once you get on either of the islands, look for the laboratory and enter it. There you will find color panels, and you must input the button sequence in this order: Red ->Blue->Green->Blue. This way, a hidden door opens up, and you can climb the ladder to meet the Mysterious Scientist NPC.
This NPC allows you to purchase raid chips and star raids. Interact with the guy and select the Quake Raid under the Normal tab. How to Awaken Quake Fruit in Blox Fruits

Having teleported to the raid area, you must now defeat everyone and clear the waves of enemies. Just make sure you have the Quake Fruit equipped before entering the raid. Once the raid is complete, you will encounter the Mysterious Entity NPC. Talk to that guy, and select the Ascension option.
