HSR 3.0: Disquieting Dream Mission Guide

The Honkai Star Rail 3.0 brings plenty of new characters, achievements, and most importantly some solid missions. While Disquieting Dream is not a part of the main mission, it can be crucial as it gives you 5 Memory Crystal Shards. In this guide, we have mentioned all the steps to complete the Disquieting Dream mission in HSR.

Start Disquieting Dream Mission

Before you go on about this important side mission, you must know how to initiate it in HSR 3.0. To start the Disquieting Dream mission in Honkai Star Rail, you must finish the trailblazing mission first. Once you do so, Tribbie will message you in your inbox. Connect with her and continue talking to accept the mission.

Now, go to the Eternal Holy City of Okhema and find the specific corner in front of a fountain in Kephale Plaza. You can teleport to Kephale Plaza and check the image below to locate the area easily on the Amphoreus map. Once you walk towards the golden light, you will have some prompts. Finish the dialogues to start the Disquieting Dream mission in HSR 3.0.

Part 1: Question Citizens in Disquieting Dream Mission

After the Disquieting Dream mission starts, you must question nearby HSR citizens first. Right in front of the stairs, you will find the ‘Enthusiastic Citizen’ with a blue star on top of his head. Go to him and initiate a conversation by pressing the Devout Citizens option.

Complete all the dialogues and move to the next citizen.

The further citizens will be near the edge of the plaza. You can locate a blue star on the map to find them easily. Once you are near, a ‘Dismissive Citizen’ will be sitting on a bench that you have to interrogate. Start the conversation to open new prompts that will help you continue the Disquieting Dream mission in HSR.

After the conversation starts, go through the dialogue. This will end the conversation and lead you to the Holy City Guard who will give you more clues.

You can find the guard lazing around the pillar by the left side of the fountain the plaza. Once you start the conversation, start with ‘An honor to meet you, Pasithea.’ Now, he will talk about ghosts, pick the dialogue option as per your choice, and move to the next part.

Part 2: Take Help from Mem

Once all the conversations are over and you conclude your investigation, walk towards the fountain to trigger the next step. You will find a shiny aura that you can touch to continue the mission. After you are in the area, you can summon Mem. Mem will help you in the quest as a companion. Select the ‘Look, take a good look’ option once the prompt opens then continue the conversation.

Part 3: Find and Save Pasithea in Disquieting Dream Mission

After Mem takes a look at the scroll, follow her to find Pasithea in the HSR Disquieting Dream mission. You will locate Pasithea on top of a roof in the Okhema market. Finish all the dialogue.

To save Pasithea in the Disquieting Dream mission, you must select the right option from the next prompt. Select ‘Reincarnation comes with risk. Please consider carefully before resetting’ from the options. Finally, choose ‘(Tell the truth)’ from the conversation prompts.

Once you tell Pasithea the truth, you will receive a new message from Tribbie. Continue the conversation to start the next steps for the Disquieting Dream mission.

Part 4: Use the Prophecy Tablet of Oronyx

For the next step in the Disquieting Dream mission, you must find the Abyss of Fate in Honkai Star Rail’s new map. The closest teleporter to this location is the Dreamshroud Mausoleum. After teleporting there, go towards the blue star marked on your map.

Once you spot the place, you will find the Prophecy Tablet of Oronyx. Assemble the fragments by following the gif below to complete the Prophecy Tablet of Oronyx puzzle in HSR.

After completing the puzzle, a new memory fragment will appear. Go to the fragment and Activate Fragments of Recollection. You can now listen to all the memories around you. Listen to all three of them to complete this step. Now, you must go towards the market location and solve the Titan’s Prophecy Tablet puzzle. Use the gif below to know how to do it easily:

After completing this tablet, another crystal fragment will spawn. Use the Activate Fragments of Recollection button to access more memories. Listen to all of them here as well.

Part 5: Find Temple of the Three Fates in Disquieting Dream Mission

Once you complete the second puzzle, find a secret passage at the edge of the broken bridge. Access the passage by choosing the ‘Enter the Hidden Passage’ option. Inside the temple, you will find another fragment crystal, activate it, and listen to all the memories. After you listen to all of them, head to the top of the temple and witness the end of the maiden’s story.

You must use the bridges to make your way to the top. Once you are there, to continue the Disquieting Dream mission, select the ‘I will burst forth from this cage’ option when talking to the priests. When interacting with the younger Pasithea, select the ‘Maintain silence’ and ‘Go be a scholar’ options.

To continue the conversation, select ‘I want to become the Maiden’, followed by ‘I don’t want to lose my freedom’. Once you finally select ‘I fear for my destined future’, it will wake you up from the dream.

Part 6:Touch the Final Memory in Disquieting Dream Mission

Now, return to Pasithea in the Kephale Plaza. Here, you can present all the memory echoes to her and complete the journey. Talk to Pasithea and choose the ‘I have brought back the echoes from beyond the sky’ option. This will let you help Pasithea. Once done, touch the final memory from ‘Abyss of Fate’.
