Honkai Star Rail (HSR) Current and Next Banners
The current Honkai Star Rail 4.3 version has introduced one new 5-star character — Mortenax Blade. Other than them, there are three more 5-star reruns — Yao Guang, Cyrene, and Phainon.
For 4-star characters, Sampo, Luka, and Tingyun are in the first phase, and Preservation March 7th, Arlan, and Yukong are featured in the second phase.
