How to Get Spooky Egg Pets in Grow a Garden

As of now, there are four easy ways to get the Spooky Egg in Grow a Garden. This includes contributing plants to the Witch’s cauldron or to the Jack-o-Lantern NPC, and buying them from the Creepy Critters shop or from the in-game shop. So, here’s a complete breakdown of how you can get the new Spooky Egg in the Grow a Garden Halloween event:

1. From Witch’s Cauldron Contribution

The first method is for everyone, from beginners to veteran gardeners. You can simply grow the best plants in your garden with whatever seeds you have, harvest their fruits, and submit them to the cauldron beside the Witch at the center of the Lobby.

Witch's Cauldron Grow a Garden

There is no waiting time for this method, as the Witch will stay here throughout the Halloween update. However, the guaranteed reward for contributing to the Witch’s cauldron is Candy Corns, and you have a small chance at getting the Spooky Eggs in this manner.

2. From Jack-O-Lantern Contribution

The second method also doesn’t require you to spend any money, but you have to wait for 2 hours for the Jack-o-Lantern NPC to appear on the right side of the Witch. Once you see the huge pumpkin, go near and press the ‘E‘ key to interact with it.

Now, you can equip a fruit in your hand and select the second dialogue to submit the held plant to the pumpkin. The Jack-o-Lantern thinks for a while and returns with a trick or a treat. Usually, you are treated with Candy Corns as a reward or a rare chance to get the Spooky Egg. Otherwise, it may trick you with a smiling pumpkin face.

3. From Creepy Critters Halloween Shop

During the Ghoul Garden update in Grow a Garden, the Halloween market arrives to the left of the Witch NPC every 45 minutes. Here, you can find the Creepy Critters shop behind the huge tree with the Raphael NPC sitting inside.

Spooky Egg Stock

Interact with him, and he’ll present you with a catalog listing out all the pets and pet eggs you can buy. The Spooky Egg might often be available for purchase here, and you can buy it using your Candy Corns, earned from contributing to the Witch’s Cauldron or to the Jack-o-Lantern.

4. From In-Game Shop

Lastly, if you’re feeling lucky, consider buying the Premium Spooky Egg from the in-game shop, selling at the given prices:

  • 1 Pack: 149 Robux
  • 3 Pack: 429 Robux
  • 10 Pack: 1249 Robux
