The Sprite Hunt Rift Anomaly is a special in-game event in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, and it grants players a random chance to find a special Sprite variant during matches. When this Rift Anomaly is active, players can find buried Sprite Chests within the current Storm circle.
The Rift Anomaly works similarly to the Lucky Locator and Sprite Locator items, as they both mark buried Sprite Chests on the map too.

- Wait for the Sprite Hunt Rift Anomaly to be activated in a match.
- Once the Anomaly is active, open your map to find the marked locations of the buried Sprite Chests denoted by a chest icon.
- Head to one of the buried Sprite Chests.
- Hit the buried chest with your pickaxe to dig it out.
- Search the Sprite Chest.
- Collect your special Sprite variant.
