How to Get Oscar’s Rod in Fisch

Oscar’s Rod is available to buy for E$ 5,000,000 in Fisch Sea 2, but unlocking it isn’t that simple. It takes more than a few steps, including having to jump between Sea 1 and Sea 2, to complete the process. Don’t worry, though. Here’s a full guide to help you unlock and get your hands on Oscar’s Rod:

Step 1: Talk to Dead Man Joe

To start the quest, head to the Isle of New Beginnings in Fisch Sea 2. There, you will find the Dead Man Joe NPC standing to the right of the merchant shop. You can also use your GPS to navigate to his exact location at coordinates XYZ = -377, 78.4, -447.4. Talk to this NPC to learn more about Oscar’s Amulet and Oscar’s Locker.

Step 2: Get Oscar’s Amulet

After speaking with Dead Man Joe, you will need to travel back to Sea 1 — yeah, it’s a bit of a trek. Once you’re there, head over to Grand Reef. You will find Oscar’s Amulet beneath a broken boat, right next to the entrance to Atlantis.

To make it easier, use your GPS in Fisch and go to these coordinates: XYZ = -3559, 144, 481.4. Once you spot the amulet, simply look at it and press E on your keyboard to claim it.

Step 3: Get Oscar’s Locker Location

With the amulet in hand, head back to Dead Man Joe in Sea 2 — yep, one last trip. Don’t worry, this is the final stretch. Talk to him again while holding the amulet, and he’ll give you a hint about where to find Oscar’s Rod. He will say that the rod’s location is somewhere near the Cursed Shores, i.e. Oscar’s Locker.

Step 4: Get the Great Rod of Oscar

Next, head to the Cursed Shores and search for an underwater entrance. To make it easier, use these coordinates: XYZ = -340.5, 78.5, 1708.4. Make sure to equip your diving gear and flippers before diving in. Then, swim through the tunnel, and at the end, you’ll reach Oscar’s Locker.

Oh, also, you must hold the amulet and equip it at least once before entering the area. If not, the chamber will stay locked, and you will start taking decay damage while inside. Inside Oscar’s Locker area in Fisch, you’ll finally find Oscar’s Rod, which you can purchase for E$ 5,000,000.
