Once you hit the late-game stage in Dune Awakening, you’ll see plenty of schematics requiring Duraluminum Ingots. To get this high-tier metal, you’ll need to gather rare items known as Jasmium crystals. By this point in the game, you’ll be accustomed to more irradiated parts of Arrakis, but wandering around these dangerous locations in search of crystals can still be quite challenging. To make sure your expeditions are successful, here’s everything you need to know on how to get Jasmium Crystals in Dune Awakening.
Where to Find Jasmium Crystals in Dune Awakening
Jasmium Crystals can only be found in the Sheol region, which is located on the bottom left of Dune Awakening’s map. As soon as you set foot in the area, your radiation levels will start rising; such is the state of this desolate wasteland. This makes getting it out of there quickly important, so we recommend bringing along an Ornithopter.

There’s a sizable crater sitting at the center of Sheol. While you’re guaranteed to find Jasmium Crystals here, we recommend avoiding the crater since it carries a ton of radiation. You’ll need to look for small pools of water with a rock sitting at the center. Embedded in these rocks are blue-colored Jasmium crystals. Once you spot them, whip out your Cutteray to collect the resource.
How to Mine Jasmium Crystals in Dune Awakening
You’ll need two things before you can start mining Jasmium Crystals. The first is an advanced Radiation Suit (Mk4 at least), and the second is the Cutteray Mk4. The former will help your character withstand the intense radiation, while the latter is necessary for cutting through the material.
It’s also worth bringing along consumables that improve your resistance to radiation. A prime example is iodine pills, which provide 3% radiation mitigation and can be crafted using Agave Seeds. Most of all, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the radiation indicator and try to lug it out of Sheol before it turns red.
And that wraps up our guide on how to get Jasmium crystals in Dune Awakening. If you’re struggling to find any other resource in the game, be sure to let us know in the comments below.
