Flour Sand in Dune Awakening can be collected from patches of white sand sprinkled on the surface of dunes. To identify them, be on the lookout for whiffs of white smoke emanating from the ground. Sands rich in this resource can only be found in regions outside the Hagga Basin, with the Vermilius Gap being a great example.
You can gather Flour Sand by hand, but this takes way too long. Instead, you’re much better off using the Static Compactor introduced during the second trial. Fire the Fremen device at a white sand patch to create a Flour Sand cluster. The process takes a few seconds, but once it’s done, you can pick up clumps of the resource.
