The first Wraithstone in Doom The Dark Ages can be found in Ancestral Forge, which is chapter 9 of the campaign. The Wraithstone in this chapter is locked behind the Wolf Statue puzzle, so you must find all Wolf Statues first in this location and then return to the Wraithstone location to obtain it. Wraithstone Location in The Forsake Plains (Chapter 10)
The Wraithstone in The Forsaken Plains can be obtained very easily. All you need to do is follow the main story until you reach the area given in the map below. Defeat all the monsters there to unlock the Wraithstone. This area is locked until you reach it by following the main story, so don’t waste your time getting through the blocked flesh door by following the map.
Wraithstone Location in Sentinel Command Station (Chapter 12)
The next Wraithstone is located in Sentinel Command Station, chapter 12 of the campaign. This chapter also holds only one Wraithstone, but obtaining it is slightly tricky. You need to first find the Secret Key of this area and then head to the location given on the map to find the secret door that hides the Wraithstone. Unlock the secret door and defeat the monsters inside to obtain the Wraithstone.
Wraithstone Location in City of Ry’uul (Chapter 15)
The sixth Wraithstone is located in the City of Ry’uul, and thankfully, it’s very simple to obtain. All you need to do is follow the main quest, and you will eventually reach the area given below, where you can obtain the Wraithstone without any extra work.
Wraithstone Location in Kar’Thul Marshes (Chapter 16)
The Wraithstone in the Kar’Thul Marshes can be found pretty easily, but it is also locked behind the Wolf Statue puzzle of this area. You will have to find all the Wolf Statues first and then return to the area given on the map to obtain the Wraithstone.
Wraithstone Location in Temple of Lomarith (Chapter 17)
The Wraithstone in the Temple of Lomarith is very tricky to get, as it sends you into a different dimension. Head to the location given on the map below and look for a breakable wall around the area. Break through it and you will be sent to another dimension. Here, you must swim to the next area where a group of Hell Knights will jump on you in a narrow hallway. Defeat all the Hell Knights and get transported back, but this time in front of the Wraithstone.
Wraithstone Location in Resurrection (Chapter 20)
The Wraithstone in chapter 20, Resurrection, is also locked behind the Wolf Statue puzzle. Here, you will need to break four of the Wolf Statues to access the Wraithstone finally. Head to the location marked on the map below after breaking the Wolf Statues to obtain it.
Wraithstone Location in Reckoning (Chapter 22)
The final Wraithstone of Doom, The Dark Ages, can be found in the last chapter, Reckoning, and it is sadly locked behind a secret door. So, you must find the secret key in the area and then head back to the location shown below to open the door and obtain the Wraithstone.
