Spoiler Warning: The post includes spoilers from Castlevania: Nocturne Season 1. So, proceed at your own risk.
Was Drolta Killed in Castlevania: Nocturne Season 1?
Do you remember Count Dracula’s son Alucard? It was he who stabbed Drolta with his blade in the season finale of Castlevania: Nocturne Season 1. Following Tera’s sacrifice, Richter carries Maria in his arms and tries to escape the location along with Mizrak and Annette.
On the flip side, Abbott and Drolta talk about them. The former asks the latter if she is letting them go. Drolta replies that they are revolutionaries, and she is looking forward to crushing them. After the conversation, she didn’t take much time to chase Richter and his allies. However, before she can do any damage to the heroes, a sword pierces her neck from behind. Richter, Maria, Mizrak, and Annette are surprised to see a black and white man standing in front of them.
Alucard introduces himself to Drolta’s army and asks them to return if they don’t want to die. Annette asks Richter about Dracula, but instead of replying to her first, the Belmont boy turns to the half-human/half-vampire and tells him that he didn’t know he existed. For all these years, Richter believed Alucard to be a myth.
Earlier, Alucard helped Trevor defeat his own father, and now, it seems he has returned to assist Richter Belmont for the greater cause.
Will Drolta Return in Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2?
The answer is yes, Drolta is all set to make a comeback in Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2. It seems Alucard’s spear wasn’t able to end the mighty vampire. The Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2 trailer that was released in December 2024 showcases her return, and this time, she is in no mood to spare anyone, especially Alucard.
The trailer features Drolta at 1 minute 18 seconds, flaunting the dialogue, ‘Now it’s my turn.’ After that, she is seen biting the neck of an old man before fighting Alucard in the streets. So, we should buckle up as the upcoming season of Castlevania: Nocturne will feature some of the much-awaited events.
