Anime Rangers X brings in a fresh new perspective to the mostly repetitive genre of tower defense games. Here, you will fight against enemy soldiers by spawning your squad members from one side of the battlefield, rather than placing them at strategic checkpoints. While the gameplay is relatively straightforward, you must strategize on playing the right cards. But, with so many units in the game, it can easily get confusing regarding whom you must add to your squad. In this post, we’ve compiled the ultimate Anime Rangers unit tier list to help you create your perfect team.

Anime Rangers X Tier List: Overview
In our Anime Rangers X tier list, we have only included characters that belong to Legendary rarity and above. Since the Epic and Rare characters are easily replaceable when you get better ones, they aren’t of much use.
The S-Tier class consists of the best Secret and Mythic Anime Rangers X units, whereas the A-Tier class consists of less powerful Mythic units. As we go down the list, the usefulness of the characters decreases, as expected. So, check out the Anime Rangers X tier list here:

S-Tier Units
S-Tier characters are the best in class since they lie at the top of the table. In Anime Rangers X, Eclipse Sorcerer, Fire Fist, Bunny, and Shadow Knight are some of the most significant characters out there that can bring down hordes of enemies in a blink.
Furthermore, there are the newly added ranger units, the Crimson Owl and the Oldfang Reaver, that have cool abilities like Akuma Oblique and Dial Rush, respectively. Both can inflict a high amount of damage to the enemies in a short duration, thus making them perfect for endgame battles.
Name Element Type Deployment Cost Crimson Owl Physical, Air, Dark 2600 Eclipse Sorcerer Magic, Air, Dark 1200 Fire Fist Magic, Air, Fire 1000 Oldfang Reaver Physical, Ground, Water 1000 Bunny Physical, Ground, Lightning 450 Shadow Knight Physical, Ground, Dark 400 Solar Fist Physical, Ground, Sun 1000 Cursed Love Physical, Ground, Dark 500 Legendary Saiyan Physical, Air, Lightning 2000 Demon Slayer Physical, Ground, Fire 200
A-Tier Units
Next comes the A-Tier class, which consists of some great alternatives to the secret units when you haven’t unlocked them yet in the game. These are the characters from the Mythical rarity that are also rare to obtain; however, they can prove to be a powerhouse in battles.
Among them, I would highly suggest using the King Curses, Molten Phantom, and Limitless Sorcerer due to their high damage output, short cooldown durations, and great ultimate attacks.
Name Element Type Deployment Cost Limitless Sorcerer Magic, Air, Fire 2000 King of Shadows Physical, Ground, Dark 2000 King Curses Physical, Air, Dark 800 Knight King Magic, Ground, Sun 1000 Molten Phantom Magic, Air, Fire 2000 Crow Ninja Magic, Air, Fire 2000 String Demon Physical, Juggernaut, Dark 1500 Vampire Emperor Magic, Ground, Ice 200 Umbrella Ring Physical, Ground, Dark 800
B-Tier Units
Coming to the B-Tier, a lot of these characters lie on the average side with both unique abilities and some bad points that have pulled them down to the B-Tier. However, the best ones in these that you can use in your team consist of King Ant, One Arm Pirate, and the Cursed Fist due to their Dark Element type abilities that seem to work best at the early stages of the game.
Name Element Type Deployment Cost Killer Candy Physical, Ground, Moon 1250 King Ant Physical, Ground, Dark 400 One Arm Pirate Physical, Air, Dark 1000 Thunder Sword Magic, Ground, Lightning 1200 Cursed Fist Physical, Ground, Dark 600 Tank Top Hero Physical, Ground, Dark 400 Green Tornado Magic, Air, Leaves 400 Saiyan Warrior Physical, Ground, Fire 200 Fat Shadow Physical, Ground, Leaves 1000
C-Tier Units
In the C-tier, we have some Anime Rangers X units that are below average. However, they can’t be ignored, since you can use them to gain levels, gems, save some currency, and therefore grind for the better ones in the higher tiers. You can consider using Otaku, Eternal Avenger, and Silent Sting due to their short cooldown timers, and thus, they can attack rapidly.
Name | Element Type | Deployment Cost |
---|---|---|
Otaku | Physical, Ground, Fire | 150 |
Eternal Avenger | Magic, Ground, Fire | 190 |
Leaf Ninja | Physical, Ground, Leaves | 180 |
Silent Sting | Physical, Air, Leaves | 300 |
Black Leg | Physical, Ground, Fire | 170 |
Cyborg | Physical, Air, Fire | 100 |
Tidal Tyrant | Magic, Ground, Fire | 60 |
D-Tier Units
The D-Tier includes the worst of all the legendary rarity units. However, if you get them by random rolling, don’t lose hope, since these are always better than Rare and Epic characters. Among these, you can use the Admiral, Hawk Swordsman, and Porcoro units, due to their high health and damage output.
Name Element Type Deployment Cost Admiral Magic, Air, Lightning 60 Hawk Swordsman Physical, Ground, Fire 50 Porcoro Magic, Air, Lightning 160 Shadow Reaver Magic, Ground, Dark 120 Thunder God Magic, Air, Lightning 60 Doctor Pirate Physical, Ground, Water 100
