All Fish Ruins and Keys in Abyss

While exploring the depths of Roblox Abyss, you might have come across many hidden structures and locations. Among these, you can find hidden treasure chests, some of which are even locked behind bars. These are fish ruins that can only be opened using the ruin keys you get from completing quests. So, here is a complete list of all the fish ruin locations in Abyss, along with the NPCs you can get their keys from.

Abyss Fish Ruin Locations in Abyss

There are a total of 7 fish ruins in the Abyss scattered across the three major regions. There are 2 in Ocean, 2 in Ancient Sands, and 3 in Spirit Roots. That said, check this list to get an idea of where every fish ruin is located in Abyss:

Ocean

The first fish ruin is located on top of a rock structure just behind the Virelia NPC. So, as soon as you complete your tutorial, redeem the Abyss codes, and look for this shrine.

The second fish ruin can be found at the midpoint between the Scientist and the Lost Captain NPC in the ocean. Note that this is located at a depth of more than 200m, so make sure you check our Abyss tubes list to get a suitable one for your journey.

Ancient Sands

At the Ancient Sands, you can find the first fish ruin on top of a rock tower just behind the Suspicious Fisher NPC.

Here, you can find the second fish ruin on top of a rock structure just beside the Gumpy Hank tower.

Spirit Roots

The first fish ruin in Spirit Roots can be found right in front of the Isaac NPC, on top of the safety dome.

You can get the second one inside the tunnel below the Isaac NPC. You can view it on the map, which is located directly under the treasure chest near Isaac.

The third fish ruin can be found inside the Spirit Root cave to the east of the Golem NPC, right before the entrance of the King Cat NPC.

How to Get All Fish Ruin Keys

Since you already know that the fish ruins cannot be accessed without the key, we have provided a list of all the NPCs from whom you can get these. You can complete the respective quest to get a key to the fish ruin:

  • Kraken: Complete quest #5 for the Kraken
  • Mr. Black: Complete quest #8 for Mr. Black
  • Marcus: Complete quest #5 for Marcus
  • Grumpy Hank: Complete quest #4 for Grumpy Hank
  • Victor: Complete quest #4 and #7 for Victor
  • Golem: Complete quest #2 for Golem

What is the Use of Fish Ruins in Abyss

Once you unlock the chest inside a fish ruin in Abyss, you can get cash, star shards, oxygen pods, and potions as rewards. Moreover, these are one of the best ways to earn tons of XP at once and the best way to level up in the game.

Apart from that, if you’re able to give the Crab NPC the scroll he requires, he will give you a quest to open all the 7 fish ruins in Abyss. And once you do that, the Crab will further reward you with star shards, oxygen pods, potions, and the Crab Claw artifact.
