Today’s Answers
If you have scrolled this far, you are probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s Strands theme words in Strands:
- GALE
- MERRY
- HAIRY
- PEAT
- FILL
- WHINNY
- ATOM
- RUSTLE
Today’s puzzle was another oddball and sadly saw me using hints to solve it. To start off, I quickly found the words MERRY and GALE at the top right. Next, I stumbled upon HAIRY at the bottom right. And this is when I found myself stuck.
After staring at the grid for a good five minutes, I clicked the Hint button and got the word PEAT, which made me see the word “Homo” next to it. So, I started connecting the letter and stumbled upon today’s Spangram — HOMOPHONES.
Finding the remaining words was a simple task, with FILL being the one singled out on the right. Then, I connected ATOM, RUSTLE, and WHINNY (it required a few tries) to complete the puzzle today.
