What is “Connections”?
NYT’s ‘Connections’ is a puzzle game that’s all the hype on social media these days. You will find people solving and sharing their successes and failures on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), and more. The game is managed by Wyna Liu, NYT’s associate puzzle editor. Connections gives players 16 random words that must be divided into categories they don’t know.

Answers for Today’s Connections Game (July 5)
Are you still stuck with the Connections puzzle? In that case, the answers to today’s Connections are:

The NYT Connections puzzle for July 5 went into categories that K Pop stans will love. I began by solving the Blue category the first and as a chronic James Bond lover had these in the bag fairly quickly.
The Yellow category came next and as a big romantic I knew I would get these words easily. The Green category was the next entry the only reason I got it was selecting Fortune and random selection of words.
The Purple category was the only one left. I got the last four words to get it along with the NYT Connections puzzle for July 5.
