I don’t know what we did to make the NYT gods angry today, but they sure took it out on the Connections puzzle today. I painfully began by slowly solving the Yellow category. To be honest, solving this actually felt like getting the Purple one. I was shocked when I realized this was supposed to be easy.
I grudgingly moved onto the Green category and had better luck since I drive myself. I did have to do a double-take with Dogleg, but in the end, I got them all. This is also where my skills failed me.
I tried for a long time, but I couldn’t get past the Blue or Purple categories. After 20 minutes of pain, I had exhausted all my chances and got the NYT Connections puzzle for May 18. You win this time, NYT!
