How to Restore FP in Elden Ring Nightreign

In Short
  • Elden Ring Nightreign does not feature a dedicated Flask for FP restoration, meaning players have to resort to other methods.
  • To restore FP, players can use consumables such as Starlight Shards, Cerulean Crystal Tears, and Cerulean Hidden Tears, all of which are obtained randomly.
  • FP can also be restored by visiting a Site of Grace or using weapons with FP restoration Passive effects.

Elden Ring Nightreign, unlike many other FromSoftware games, does not feature a Flask that restores FP. This will come as a surprise to most players, especially since it carries over the Flask of Crimson Tears from Elden Ring, but leaves behind the FP-oriented Flask of Cerulean Tears for an unknown reason. Needless to say, FP is critical to the game’s combat, as you’ll need to cast incantations and spells, and also trigger the Weapon Arts of various armaments. So, if you find yourself running out of the resource frequently, here is how to restore FP in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How to Get FP in Elden Ring Nightreign

Elden Ring Nightreign offers four main ways to restore FP:

  • Visit a Site of Grace
  • Use Starlight Shards, Cerulean Crystal Tears, and Cerulean Hidden Tears
  • Interacting with the glowing blue trees that are surrounded by blue branches
  • Acquiring weapons with FP Restoration Passives

The first method is fairly straightforward. You’ll find many Sites of Graces scattered around Limveld, and visiting them is an absolute must since you’ll have to upgrade your character’s levels. Interacting with the sites also immediately replenishes your FP pool. The second method is to use consumables that you regenerate your FP.

These include Starlight Shards, Cerulean Crystal Tears, and Cerulean Hidden Tears, all of which can be found as randomized loot tucked inside the various chests on the map. We recommend looting at least one Sorcerer’s Rise during a run, as these locations have a higher chance of dropping FP-restoring consumables.

While traversing Limveld’s terrain, you’ll come across trees with a distinct blue glow. Tiny branches surround them along with blooming blue flowers. Interacting with these quaint spots also restores your FP. The final method listed above requires the RNG gods to be on your side. In Nightreign, the many weapons you can randomly discover come with various Passive effects, including a select few that can restore FP. These include:

  • FP Restoring Upon Attack
  • FP Restoration on Taking Damage
  • FP Restoration Over Time

Finding them early on requires a great deal of luck, but you should definitely keep your eyes peeled for them. Aside from these methods, players can regenerate their FP by playing as the Recluse. The sorcereress is the primary spellcasting class in Nightreign, and both her passive and Ultimate can be used to restore FP.
