The Sir Wyvern Sidekick in Fortnite is a fire-breathing miniature dragon. We do not have much lore behind it, but we do know that it has armor, which means it may have once fought great battles. However, do not expect it to help you on the battlefield. Much like all pets, it, too, will only accompany you to the fight. That said, here’s how to get the Sir Wyvern Sidekick in Fortnite.
Fortnite Sir Wyvern Sidekick: How to Get It and Price
You’ll be able to purchase the Sir Wyvern Sidekick via the Fortnite Item Shop. It is not part of a collaboration, but fits well into the Chaos and Cuddles event. It was introduced during the Fortnite update v41.30 and was released on August 1 at 8 PM ET with the Item Shop reset. That said, here’s how to get the Sir Wyvern Sidekick in Fortnite:
- Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop.
- Look for the “Cuddles and Chaos” section (you may need to scroll to find it).
- Click on the Sir Wyvern Sidekick (1,200 V-Bucks).
- Click and hold the Purchase button until the circle fills up.
- You will get a notification that the Sir Wyvern Sidekick has been sent to your locker.
- You will now be able to select your new Sidekick from your Fortnite locker and customize it.
Unlike Ace the Bat Hound Sidekick, Sir Wyvern is not part of any bundle. This means you will have to purchase it separately. If you are low on in-game currency and need to redeem V-Bucks cards, you have some time to do so.
Once you know how to get the Sir Wyvern Sidekick in Fortnite and purchase it, you’ll also be able to unlock a few bonus rewards. This can be done using Sidekick Points, which can be earned in compatible modes. Here’s the full list.
