The Recall Wrench can only be purchased at the Gear Shop for 150,000 Sheckles or 59 Robux. Apart from buying the item at the shop, you can get it if someone decides to gift it or if another player agrees to trade the wrench with you.
The Gear Shop is located at one end of the map beside the Pet Eggs Shop and opposite the Seed Shop in Grow a Garden. So once you move close to the shop and talk to the Eloise NPC, a pop-up window will open showing all available items, and you’ll notice the wrench once you scroll down a bit.
Depending on the stock, it may be possible that just one or two wrenches are present, so wait for the timer on the top right to end so that the stock gets refreshed.
