Fortnite’s cutest Sidekick, Calm Capy, is a capybara and the first ‘rodent’ featured as a pet. Unlike Sprites, Calm Capy won’t help much in combat. However, it could make the perfect snuggle companion. That said, here’s how to get the Calm Capy Sidekick in Fortnite.

Fortnite Calm Capy Sidekick: How To Get And Price

The Calm Capy Fortnite sidekick was released on August 15 at 8 PM ET with the Item Shop reset. If you’d like to get it, here are the steps you need to follow to get it:

• Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop.
• Look for the “Signal Boost” section midway through the shop.
• Click on the Calm Capy Sidekick (1,200 V-Bucks).
• Click and hold the Purchase button until the circle fills up.
• Fortnite will notify you when it adds Calm Capy to your locker.
• You can then select Calm Capy from your Fortnite locker and customize it.

Calm Capy is not part of any Fortnite cosmetic bundle. This means it cannot be purchased at a discounted price like the Ace the Bat Hound Fortnite sidekick. If you need to redeem Fortnite V-Bucks cards to complete the purchase, there’s plenty of time. Once you get Calm Capy in Fortnite, you can also unlock bonus rewards using Sidekick Points.

That said, you don’t need to purchase this sidekick if you don’t want to. You can play the game without one. Furthermore, with Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 around the corner, it might be better to save your V-Bucks for the Override Battle Pass.
