The Halloween expansion update in Grow a Garden brings an exciting new minigame packed with cool rewards. The best thing about it is that you can get these for completely free. Although it’s a small addition, it’ll surely spark some interest among the older players of the game. The new minigame called Grave Digger Event in Grow a Garden relies more on luck than skill, but if you don’t know how to start Gravedigging, check this step-by-step guide to know all about it.

Where to Dig in Grow a Garden Grave Digger Event

The gravedigging event appears on the right side of the Dead Tree NPC every 2 hours. Although the event stays active and playable for a complete 30-minute period, the next section will explain to you why you must be present from the very start. So head over to the new NPC on top of a circular dirt surface, press the ‘E’ key to interact with him, and follow the instructions below to play this event.

How to Dig in Grow a Garden Gravedigging Minigame

Interacting with the new Grow a Garden Scream-ven NPC at the Grave Digger event area will display three dialogue options. Choose the first one that says “Lets go grave digging,” and a 5×5 grid of 25 squares with skeleton hands will pop up on the screen.

That said, here are some tips or instructions to play the gravedigging event in Grow a Garden:

• When you first view the square grid, there will be 10 chances no matter when you join it.
• Now select a square that you feel has the best chances of hiding a reward underneath.
• If you see a fraction of a reward, select the adjacent square on your next chance. Note that you should select the square in the direction of where the next half of your reward may lie.
• This way, use up all your chances to dig the dirt squares and find rewards underneath.

Another important point to remember is that during these 30 minutes of the event, you’ll get a free bonus chance every 5 minutes. However, the bonus won’t add up above the maximum allotted 10 chances. And that is why you should join the grave digger event, the moment it starts, otherwise you’ll lose the bonus chances. Alternatively, you can simply use 59 Robux to get more chances to dig.
