The Rod of the Eternal King is one of the best rods for getting high-value fish in the game due to its passive ability that puts a Greedy mutation on the fish. So, try getting a Hasty enchantment to get the best out of it.

Enchanting a fishing rod in this game requires obtaining the Enchant Relics first. These relics can be found while fishing; however, they have a particularly low rate of dropping—1/500.
Now, you should not worry, as there’s an alternative way to get these relics. Visit Merlin’s hut (coordinates: 930,220,-985) on Sunstone Island and choose the Power option while interacting with him. He will grant you an Enchant Relic for 11,000 cash. If you don’t know where to go about it, get a GPS in Fisch first.
Having obtained a few Enchant Relics, head over to the Statue of Sovereignty at night, as enchantments are impossible during the day. Now follow these steps to enchant your rod in Fisch:
- Interact with the NPC named Cole at the mines to purchase an Elevator token for 400 cash.
- Use the token at the Elevator beside Cole to reach the Keeper’s Altar.
