After winning the hearts of millions in the 2015 Daredevil series, Matt Murdock has made a much-awaited comeback with Daredevil: Born Again. While fans thought that since Disney would cut down on the violence and gore we had seen previously, as it turns out, this was not the case, and Daredevil came back to us in all his glory. When Will Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Come Out?

In a recent update, Born Again’s showrunner, Dario Scardapane, took to his social media to thank everyone involved in the creation of Daredevil Born Again, and while doing so, he also revealed the release date of its Season 2. According to Dario Scardapane’s social media post, Daredevil Born Again will be released sometime in March 2026.

Is There a Trailer for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2?

Since the filming for Season 2 is currently underway, the trailer for Daredevil: Born Again has not been released yet. However, considering that the filming of the upcoming season began even before the first one ended, we can expect to see a teaser by early 2026 and a trailer soon after it.

How Many Episodes Will Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Have?

Initially, Daredevil: Born Again was supposed to be 18 episodes long. However, the series was cut in half and divided into two separate seasons. So, considering that season 1 featured 9 episodes, we can expect Daredevil Born Again Season 2 to have 9 episodes as well, with production of season 2 already in progress.

Daredevil Born Again Season 2 Cast and Characters

Daredevil Born Again Season 2 will likely have the same cast as season 1 since the story has not yet been completed. We will see Charlie Cox return as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil, along with Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin.

Jon Bernthal will return as Frank Castle aka The Punisher, along with Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page. We will also see the return of Daredevil’s arc nemesis, Bullseye, played by Wilson Bethel, and Wilson Fisk’s new protege, Daniel Blake, played by Michael Gandolfini, will also mark his return.

What Could Be Daredevil Born Again Season 2’s Plot?

At this point, the plot of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is pretty self-explanatory. In Season 1, we see that Daredevil is searching for the person who was responsible for the death of his friend, Foggy Nelson.

For a long time, he thought that Bullseye killed him out of personal vendetta, but later realised that Vanessa Fisk was the one who ordered the hit. In the final episode, we see that the entire task force created by Wilson Fisk is out to take down Daredevil and the other vigilantes. New York City is now under martial law, and with the Punisher captured, our hero has to find a way to save his city from the tyranny of Wilson Fisk, which is what we will get to see in Season 2.
