How to Unlock All New Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 5 Weapons

The Season 5 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone will bring a selection of new weapons to the game, some of which are likely to spice up the meta. As we inch towards the end of BO6’s update cycle, Treyarch is ramping up the release of new guns, starting with the return of a few fan-favorites in Season 5. As always, you’ll need to unlock each weapon before trying them out in the game. So to help you out, we’ve put together a guide on how to unlock every new weapon in Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 5.

How to Get All New Weapons in BO6 and Warzone Season 5

Four new weapons are for grabs during Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 5. And unlocking all of them is pretty straightforward:

PML 5.56

The PML 5.56 can be unlocked after completing Page 3 of the Season 5 Battle Pass. A special ‘Overclock’ Blueprint for the weapon is also available as the HVT on Page 11.

The weapon itself marks the return of the classic M249 LMG in all of its beefy, rapid-firing glory. It packs quite a wallop in terms of damage, thanks to the blistering fire rate, but those advantages are offset by some concerning recoil. On top of this, the LMG also comes with a lengthy reload animation, which leaves players vulnerable for a significant amount of time.

ABR A1

The ABR A1 can be unlocked after completing Page 6 of the Season 5 Battle Pass. Its special ‘Dragon King’ Blueprint is available on Page 14.

The AUG is back in Warzone, and it’s likely to dominate the meta just as it did during the Black Ops Cold War days. Armed with a three-round burst and low recoil, the weapon can do devastating damage at medium ranges. Players can also slap on a conversion kit to turn the ABR A1 into a fully-automatic weapon.

Gravemark .357 Revolver

The Gravemark .357 Revolver can be unlocked via the Operation Hell Ride event. The event’s start date is yet to be confirmed, but we’ll be sure to update this section once official details are revealed.

As for the weapon itself, the Gravemark .357 is a standard, old-fashioned, single-action revolver. It carries eight bullets in the chamber, and you’ll need to make each of them count to make this a viable weapon. Its slow fire rate is balanced out through its solid damage figures, but the weapon still requires a skilled Operator to get the best out of it.

Boxing Gloves

The Boxing Gloves will be available as an unlockable reward during the ’90s Action Heroes event. We’ll add details surrounding the event’s start date once they’re revealed.

The final new Season 5 weapon is a classic pair of Boxing Gloves. If you’re looking to bring your fists to a gunfight, there’s no better way to knock out enemies than using this melee weapon. Close the distance on your enemies to start punching away at their health using a combination of jabs and uppercuts. The TTK definitely isn’t quicker than actual bullets, but for some players, it’ll certainly be more fun.

And that is everything you need to know to unlock all the weapons introduced in Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 5. Which new weapon are you most excited to try out? Be sure to let us know in the comments.
