We are currently seeking a highly experienced SEO professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing SEO for online publications/high-traffic blogs, and possess a deep understanding of the latest SEO tools and algorithms.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of work experience as an SEO Analyst, SEO Executive, SEO Specialist or similar role in news publications or high-traffic blogs
  • Expertise in SEO analysis tools such as SEMRush, Moz, SimilarWeb, Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster, Mixpanel, CleverTap, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Proven experience in both on-page and off-page SEO implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • A knack for problem-solving and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions

Responsibility:

  • Collaborating closely with the editorial team to educate them on the usage of relevant keywords in stories to improve SEO ranking
  • Analysing and monitoring website analytics to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with the development team to ensure that SEO strategies and practices are properly implemented with new code.
  • Optimising on-page elements including meta tags, header tags, and content
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords
  • Conducting keyword research and analysing competitors to publish new content on a regular basis
  • Identifying and addressing on-page errors such as duplicate content, redirections, 404 errors and more
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO and search engine algorithms
  • Updating and maintaining keywords to ensure that Beebom’s articles appear at the top of search results
