Role:
- Align the team with the company’s vision
- Ensuring successful execution of the existing growth strategies
- Managing and motivating the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborating with senior management to identify new opportunities
- Building a solid action plan for the team to act on
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to ensure the organisation remains competitive
- Challenging the team with exciting responsibilities and opportunities where they can shine and prove themselves
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
- Exceptional approach towards problem solving
- Proven analytical skills to analyse the given data to further accelerate the growth
- Should have an in-depth knowledge of OKR
- Passionate about consumer tech events and future trends
- A track record of achieving goals and exceeding expectations
