I am not kidding when I say that the Connections puzzle for July 2 took a total of three collective minds and 30 minutes to solve. We were just stuck watching the entire puzzle mess with our heads until a co-worker told me to bite the bullet and go for Squirrel as the last word in the Yellow section. And what do you know? That was it!
We then spent another few minutes stuck until one of us blurted out Squid game and the rest was a piece of cake. The Blue category itself was another doozy but we realized the only thing tying all this together was Latin.
While none of us are good at investments, we know enough about money. So we got the last words together to get the Green category and the NYT Connections puzzle for July 2.
