Here is the full process to complete the quest to get Spirit Warrior in Sailor Piece, which is inspired by Goku Super Saiyan.
Start Empyrean Training
To start the quest, you must unlock Sea 2 in Sailor Piece and teleport to the Blue Planet. Now go toward the Spirit Warrior summoner NPC, and on his opposite, you will find the Empyrean Trainer. Press E to interact with the NPC and start the Goku quest in Sailor Piece.
Empyrean Training 1
The first objective in the questline is to consume three Spirit Stones in Sailor Piece. On the Blue Island, look for the Spirit Fighter mob NPCs and defeat them to get Spirit Stones.
