  1. Sharing what worked for me without resetting any of the logs.

    What I think happened:
    – I replaced my iPhone 12 with iPhone 13 (note I have iOS ver 15.5 installed) — both devices are Pro Max
    – Noticed these on contacts where I called them from iPhone 12. Not all of them but several that I don’t frequently call

    To fix, I had to go to that specific contact (via contacts) and I can see the message:
    Last used: “”(unavailable)
    I clicked that message under the contact name – which takes me to Preferred Line. I then selected: always use primary

    It’s odd that I can’t locate how to reset that in the settings section but that’s the work around that worked for me. my guess is that there’s some sort of feature for multiSIMs but I am not an expert on that topic.

    Hope someone finds this helpful. I don’t know if anyone has written this info but I did not find it via quick Google search.
