During the 5.0 Livestream, the developers revealed exciting new Anniversary rewards for players, including a free 5-star character of their choice, Intertwined Fates, Primogems, and a lot more. Genshin Impact was released on 28 September 2020 and this year, the popular gacha game is celebrating its fourth anniversary. This year, Genshin Impact anniversary coincides with version 5.0, which is one of the biggest updates in the game.
All Genshin Impact Anniversary Rewards
The Fourth Anniversary of Genshin Impact features a ton of rewards for players. Here is a quick overview of all the rewards attainable during the 4th Anniversary event:
- 20 Featured Banner Pulls (10x Intertwined Fates + 1600 Primogems)
- 1x free 5-star character from the Standard Banner
- 1x Sanctifying Elixer
- 2x Fragile Resin
- Firstborn Firesprite (Exclusive Pet Gadget)
- Kaboom Box (Explosive Toy)

1. Brilliant Dawn: 10 Free Intertwined Fates
All Genshin Impact players will be able to receive 10 free Intertwined Fates from the Fourth Anniversary daily login event in Genshin Impact 5.0. After the Anniversary Login event starts, all players have to do is login every day, assumedly for 7 days, to obtain all the 10 free Intertwined Fates.
2. Mailbox Rewards: Primogems, Exclusive Gadgets & Explosive Toy
Genshin Impact players will get x1600 Primogems directly in their in-game mailbox during the Anniversary event. Other than the Primogems, the players will also get 1x Sanctifying Elixer, 2x Fragile Resin, Firstborn Firesprite, and Kaboom Box through the mail. The Sanctifying Elixer can now be used to craft custom Artifacts, so it is a really good reward.
The Firstborn Firesprite is an exclusive pet gadget, perfect for a companion in Natlan. The Kaboom Box has been mentioned in the 5.0 Livestream to be an explosive toy. To obtain all these rewards, the only players must do is unlock the in-game mailbox before the Anniversary Event ends.
3. Free 5-star Character: Selectable Character From Standard Banner
The biggest reward during the 4th Anniversary of Genshin Impact is the selectable free 5-star character from the Standard banner. During the Anniversary Event, players will be able to select any one 5-star character currently featuring in the Standard Banner to obtain as free. This event will return every year during the Anniversary Event, so Genshin Impact players can now look forward to getting one free 5-star Standard banner character every year.
