Several teasers and trailers for Deadpool 3 have been released by Marvel so far and some of them, have confirmed multiple variants of Deadpool appearing in Deadpool and Wolverine. Deadpool Corps Is a Team of Multiversal Variants of Deadpool
In the Marvel Comics Universe, the Deadpool Corps is a team of multiple variants of Deadpool recruited from different timelines and universes pretty similar to the Spider Society we have seen in the Spiderverse movies. The Deadpool Corps was founded by the Earth-616 Deadpool when he was chosen to neutralize a cosmic entity called “The Awareness” which has been going around wrecking the multiverse’s consciousness.
Deadpool was chosen for this job because of his uniquely messed-up mind which keeps changing by the second which makes him completely immune to the entity. The main continuity Deadpool then went around the multiverse to recruit other versions of himself for this job which ultimately resulted in the formation of The Deadpool Corps. Usually, this team did not follow a hierarchy but the role of their leader was often taken up by 616 Deadpool or Lady Deadpool.
However, soon enough Dreadpool, after killing the entire Marvel Universe set out to find his other variants with a team of other evil Deadpools. Some of his targets survived and warned Lady Deadpool who brought the Deadpool Corps together again. However, before they can get to their leader, the main continuity of Deadpool, they are intercepted by Dreadpool and his team and are massacred.
Some members of the Corps survived and fought the evil Deadpools under 616 Deadpool’s command. This was the end of Deadpool Corps since the main continuity Deadpool, or 616 Deadpool was the only surviving member of the team.
