Samsung is including a new Call transcripts feature with One UI 7 update which allows users to create a transcript of their call recording with the help of AI. This feature is a part of the Galaxy AI suite. However, another benefit of this new feature is the addition of the call recording option which has been missing on Samsung Galaxy smartphones in the U.S.
One UI 7 brings a useful AI addition called the Writing assist which works with all third party apps including social media apps and email clients. It can help fix grammatical errors, change the tone of the text, summarize it, divide it into bullet points or create tables, and even lets you compose text from scratch.

The Galaxy AI event finally took the wraps off of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series of phones. The brand is referring to them as "AI phones", as they bring a whole lot of AI features to the table. So, we handpicked the ones that are the most useful. These include live translation feature which translates your calls in real time to make communicating with a foreign language-speaking person easier. In addition, there is also the Circle to Search feature which allows you to circle any item from a particular image, video or text using the S24 Ultra's S Pen to search for it on the web. Then there is the AI Note Assist which allows you to summarize, format and translate your notes.
