Alleged OnePlus 5 Leak Shows Dual Camera In Tow

OnePlus has been doing everything right off late, what with its flagships, OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T becoming great successes and now, the company is all set to make a splash with their upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 5. Why no OnePlus 4? Well, apparently, the number 4 is avoided in Asian countries, as part of the superstition. In fact, if you remember, Nokia never introduced a smartphone with “4” in the moniker ever. Coming back to the OnePlus 5, new renders of the Android flagship have leaked and they show a dual camera setup in tow.

OnePlus 5 Render Leak

According to the source, the leak is legit but the design may change when OnePlus finally reveals the device later this year. The things noticeable from the OnePlus 5 render leak is the fact that OnePlus plans on using the Black variant, which it recently introduced with the OnePlus 3T. Plus, there’s the dual camera setup with the LED flash.

While details on the OnePlus 5 dual camera are scarce, there have been a few rumors floating around suggesting the specs. Reportedly, the OnePlus 5 will come with 5.5-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 835 powering the device, 6 gigs of RAM, 3000 mAh battery and up to 256 GB of storage. Also, the latest Oxygen OS version should be on-board. Other than that, the device will supposedly feature a metal design and will be 7 mm thick.

Well, if the previous flagships from OnePlus are any indication, the OnePlus 5 should make up for a great “flagship killer”. What’d you think?
