Connections Answer January 24

Well, as you can see today, the NYT Connections puzzle today was an easy and surprising journey for me. I mixed up all the category progression and started out by solving the Green one first. It’s easy to see (pun intended) what the puzzle was trying to show me.

I’ll be honest: the Purple category today wasn’t as hard. This is why I took a few minutes but ended up connecting all the words through an accent. I then moved on to the Blue category and realized these all were nicknames for the family.

I had only four words left. I got them all together, got the Yellow category, and, with it, the NYT Connections puzzle for January 24.
